I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Thank you for your order! Please allow an estimated 3-5 business days for order processing and production time before your item(s) will ship out from our facility.
Once your order has shipped, the carrier tracking number will be updated on your account within 7 business days. The average transit time for deliveries is 7-15 days from the date the order ships.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team at legioncommercellc@gmail.com and we will investigate the status.
We strive to process and fulfill orders promptly to meet estimated shipping timelines. However, unforeseen circumstances outside of our control may occasionally result in delays. We will make every effort to communicate any significant delays or issues and appreciate your patience with any disruptions that may impact stated timeframes.

There is an issue with my order, can it be returned? 

For products purchased from Pioneer Paw, Purchaser has 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us of any defective or damaged items to qualify for a full refund.

To be eligible, Purchaser must return the product at their own expense within 14 days in original condition. Once received and inspected, Pioneer Paw will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Purchaser should include name and order details with returns. Pioneer Paw reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet requirements. Policy subject to change without notice. Contact us with any questions.

Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Purchaser may cancel an order at no charge prior to shipment. If the ordered item(s) have already been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and may be subject to restocking or other fees at the sole discretion of the Seller.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you discover an incorrect or inaccurate shipping address was submitted with your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at legioncommercellc@gmail.com.
Provided notification is received within 24 hours of the order confirmation, we will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping address prior to fulfillment and shipment. However, we cannot guarantee an address change is possible for orders that have already entered processing.
Per our Terms of Service, the customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping address information at the time of purchase. Requests for address changes made more than 24 hours after order confirmation may not be feasible due to shipping and processing times.
No refunds will be issued based solely on an incorrect address submission. We appreciate your understanding and advise double checking all order details for accuracy at time of checkout to prevent errors.

How long does shipping take?

Our estimated shipping times can vary based on the item(s) ordered, fulfillment location, and delivery destination. Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days and then handed off to the applicable carrier for transit.
The average delivery timeframe once an order has left our fulfillment center is 5-15 days, depending on your location. This is not a guaranteed delivery window and actual transit times may vary due to carrier operations and other factors outside of our control.
Per our Terms of Service, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or any events that disrupt the stated delivery estimate. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience longer transit times may cause.
Please refer to your order confirmation and carrier tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery status. Let our Customer Service team know if your order has not arrived within 25 days of shipment and we will investigate immediately.
